WE DO NOT KNOW:

1.CAN WE MAKE A PAYMENT-DEDUCTION

2. WHEN WE ARE SIGNING THE RENATL AGREEMENT, DID

   THE NEW LANDLORD TELL US THE TRUTH ABOUT

   EXTRA COST LIKE HYDRO, WATER, ETC.

3. DO WE KNOW IF ALL APPLIANCES ARE REALLY

   CLEAN AND SAFE

 

 

BUYING

BUYING A HOUSE IS A VERY DIFFICULT THING. YOU NEED A PRE-APPROVAL FROM A BRANCH, OR A MORGAGE BROKER NEEDS TO HELP YOU AND IF YOU ARE ON A BAD CREDIT HISTORY YOU WILL NEVER GET THE MONEY. EVEN IF YOU CAN PROOF THAT YOU ARE PAYING MUCH MORE RENT. 

THIS IS MORE THAN STUPID. IF, MONEY-INSITUTIONS LIKE BRANCHES, CREDIT UNIONS, AND OTHERS ARE TELLING YOU, THAT YOU NEED A CREDIT HISTORY, OTHERWISE YOU ARE NOT  ABLE TO GET ONE, THAN YOU SHOULD TURN AROUND AND SAY GOOD BUY. BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE THE SAME WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORLD WIDE MESS, WHERE SO MUCH PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR MONEY. AND AS FAR AS WE KNOW, NO MONEY-INSTITION EXCUSED THEMSELF AND PAID IT BACK. 

SO NOW LETS SAY, YOU GOT THE PRE-APPROVAL. NOW YOU HAVE TO FIND A HOUSE. FIRST THING: www.mls.ca

NOW YOU ARE LOOKING THROUGH THE LISTED HOUSES, GETTING IN CONATCT WITH A REAL ESTAT MANAGER AND YOU ARE MAKING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENTS.

WHAT A SURPRISE. HIGH PRICES - OLD HOUSES - CRAP - RATHOLES - DIRT EVERYWHERE - UPDATED HOUSES WITH NO PLANS TO SHOW - NO 21 CENTURY TECHNOLOGY, NONE NOTHING.

QUESTION: WHERE IS THE VALUE ?

               WHAT IS THE VALUE ?

YOU CAN GET A NEW HOUSE FOR LESS MONEY, WHY SHOULD YOU SPEND MORE FOR A 30 OR 40 YEAR OLD ONE ???

AND: IF YOU SAW UPDATED HOUSES, WHO DID IT ? EXPERIENCED TRADES PEOPLE WITH A DEGREE, AND NOT ONLY A COUPLE OF COURSES?

AND ; WHAT MATERIAL DID THEY USED ?

AND:  IS ALL WORK WELL DONE ? NO LEAKS AT THE NEW ROOF ?

ALL NEW ELECTRICAL LINES ARE PROPER SET UP ?

ALL WALLS ARE INSULATED AND UPDATED TO THE

CANADA CONSTRUCTION CODES ?

ALL OLD WATER LINES ARE CHECKED AND UPDATED ?

ALL OLD WINDOWS ARE REMOVED AND NEW THERMO ONES ARE

INSTALLED ( BECAUSE EVERY 15-20 YEARS WINDOWS ARE

NO LONGER ENERGY-EFFICIENT)

IS THE HEATING SYSTEM CHECKED? HOW OLD IS IT ?

IS THERE A NEW HEAT PUMP ?


QUESTIONS OVER QUESTIONS AND MOSTLEY NO ONE CAN GIVE YOU AN ANSWER BECAUSE NOBODY CARES. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. WHO CARES THAT YOU HAVE TO PUT IN MORE MONEY THAN YOU CAN EXPECT.

AND MOST HOME-INSPECTORS DO NOT KNOW MORE THAN A HOUSEWIFE. JUST TO PUNCH A BUTTON FROM A DISHWASHER, OR A WASHING MACHINE TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY WORK??!! WHAT A SHAME. AND THESE GUYS WANT MONEY FOR THEIR SERVICE??

THEY DO NOT CHECK THE WALLS TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE NOT WET AND MOLDY INSIDE. THEY DO NOT CHECK YOUR ELECTRICAL LINES IF THEY ARE PROPER SET UP. THEY DO NOT CHECK YOUR FLOORS IF THEY ARE DONE WELL. THEY DO NOT CHECK YOUR FIREPLACE AND CHIMNEY TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS SAFE BY TESTS AND MATH. ALL THESE THINGS, WHICH ARE SO IMPORTANT TO KNOW: THEY DO NOT DO IT!!!!
